SharePoint & Collaboration Strategy Consultant – PMO Governance and Productivity
I am seeking an experienced SharePoint and collaboration strategy consultant to help design and implement a SharePoint strategy for a site-level PMO within a large aerospace organization.
The PMO currently consists primarily of schedulers who manage project schedules and facilitate sessions. Engineering Project Managers own technical content, but the PMO is evolving to provide stronger governance, coaching, visibility, and best practice guidance across cost, schedule, and productivity processes.
We are looking for a consultant who can help us define what a modern SharePoint environment should look like to support this transformation.
This is not a site build. I am looking for strategic guidance on structure, governance, and user experience.
