Floorplan and Interior Design Specialist Needed for Home Building Projects
We are seeking a talented professional to create complete floorplans for residential homes. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural design and be able to translate our vision into detailed, functional blueprints that can be submitted to the city for permits. This means there need to be separate pages for plumbing, electrical hvac, framing, roofing, foundation, etc. We build in McAllen, Mission, Edinburg cities in Texas. You would need to make sure blueprints pass city requirements for each project.
I would love to find someone who can also handle interior design for us to minimize how many interior choices we have to make during the build process, but not required.
Most of the homes we do will be around 2200 square foot living or around 3,000 total square feet. A few homes might be as small as 1300 living or as big as 7,000 living.
Looking for someone who charges a flat fee per square foot.
