Do you have executive assistant skills that you’d like to utilize on a part-time basis? Are you attracted to the idea of supporting small businesses by assisting with their administrative needs? Are you drawn to the potential of having a flexible work schedule?
TYPICAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage calendars and emails
• Arrange travel
• Organize meetings and events
• Process expense reports
• Assist with creating and editing emails, presentations, etc.
• Conduct general research
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of executive assistant experience
• Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Time management skills
• CRM experience preferred
Hourly rates usually range from $30-35 per hour depending on job and experience.
