Job Description: Role: Network Engineer - Network Reliability Project Overview We are seeking experienced Network Engineers to backfill FTE roles within our Network Reliability Team supporting a high-priority enterprise initiative. These positions will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and resilient network solutions aligned with enterprise standards and strategic objectives. Role Summary The Network Engineer will lead the design, development, integration, and operational readiness of enterprise network technologies. This role requires close collaboration with Network Operations (NOC), Solution Engineering, and global teams to ensure network stability, security, scalability, and performance across the enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of network technology solutions to support evolving business requirements. Partner closely with Network Operations (NOC) and Solution Engineering teams to ensure operational readiness and adherence to enterprise standards. Integrate new technologies into the existing enterprise network environment while ensuring stability and scalability. Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities within the network infrastructure and drive remediation initiatives. Test, validate, and certify new software images and hardware platforms for secure and reliable deployment. Maintain, audit, and enforce network configuration standards to ensure compliance, security, and operational consistency. Execute strategic initiatives aligned with the enterprise network architecture roadmap. Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing exercises, security reviews, and audit activities. Actively engage in global collaboration forums to share technical updates, best practices, and operational insights. Required Qualifications Experience 5-7 years of proven experience in network engineering within a corporate IT environment. Technical Expertise 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with the below: Routing & Switching SD-WAN Wireless Technologies Firewalls F5 / Load Balancers Cloud Networking Monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix) Secure Web Gateway solutions (e.g., Zscaler) Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Required Skills 5+ years of strong understanding of enterprise network architecture and design principles. 5+ years of demonstrated ability to develop and implement scalable technological solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in global teams. Leadership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large, enterprise-scale environments. Exposure to network security audits and compliance frameworks. Experience supporting disaster recovery planning and execution. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, SD-WAN certifications, cloud networking certifications) are a plus. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
