The Role As a Venture Scout / Deal Sourcer, you’ll identify and refer high-quality startup founders and investors into the Initio Capital ecosystem. When your referrals successfully raise capital or activate on the platform, you earn cash rewards. This is a flexible, remote opportunity designed for people already embedded in startup communities.
