Qualicare location offers home care services that focus on providing the best quality of life for our clients and peace of mind for their families. Job Summary The scheduling coordinator performs clerical functions to ensure the efficient processing of referred clients to Qualicare Family Home Care. She/he organizes and schedules referred clients and anticipates staffing requirements to effectively manage client volumes. The activities are conducted in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures; may be required to be on call after regular business hours as directed by the Administrator and/or Care Coordinator. We are looking for a Scheduler/Caregiver, someone who can help with day to day scheduling, documentation, processes as well as fill in for any caregiver call outs. Responsibilities • Effectively meets the needs of each client by scheduling the client with caregiving services • Responds to client/employee inquiries immediately • Ensures all relevant information is received either in written/verbal/electronic format • Assists with tracking and validating client-related documentation • Can also function as a caregiver if needed • Can help with process and procedures creation and building operational documents. Qualifications • Experience in the healthcare, homecare, homehealth field • Knowledgeable in all Windows applications • Experience with scheduling software is an added benefit • Strong customer service skills • High attention to detail • Strong problem-solving skills Flexible work from home options available.
