<p><strong>Data Entry Specialist (Theater / Production Inventory), 2695-1</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to prepare comprehensive asset tracking data for upload into the Maximo database, which will serve as the central repository for asset management, maintenance, and configuration. This role will create and refine the asset matrices to meet the specific needs of both the Accounting Team and the Technical Team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities For The Accounting Team</strong></p><ul><li>Lump fixed assets into defined "zones" (parent assets) to provide a cost breakdown of fixed assets within each attraction.</li><li>Complete the required columns for each attraction asset matrix.</li><li>Reference budget trackers to input Workday POs and per-unit costs. This includes making the best assumptions to break out zone costs to be all-encompassing (hard cost, labor, trucking, taxes, etc.).</li><li>Calculate the EOL date and useful life.</li><li>Create the asset element number (example - attraction.scene.group.item) by combining experience ID, scene, group, and item.</li><li>Develop scene/group reference tabs for attractions as needed.</li><li>Focus on technical elements costing over $5,000 for the asset name/tag field.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities For The Technical Team</strong></p><ul><li>Provide granular detail on technical elements to facilitate individual asset tracking for repairs and maintenance.</li><li>Fill out the following key columns for each attraction based on the provided document Indexes. For example:</li><li>Quantity, Description, Documents (user manuals).</li><li>Manufacturer, Model Number, and Serial Number (if applicable).</li><li>Complete secondary columns, such as 'provided by', 'installed by', and 'commissioned by'.</li><li>Reach out to the corresponding point of contact as needed to gather missing or additional information.</li><li>Use external resources (such as Google or specified AI tools) to determine asset dimensions and weight.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications And Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to handle detailed data entry and management with high accuracy.</li><li>Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and budget tracking information.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data points across different attractions.</li><li>Effective communication skills for liaising with different teams and levels of management</li><li>Experience with, or ability to quickly adapt to, asset management concepts (example: Parent/Child asset hierarchy).</li><li>Have event and/or production knowledge to understand the inventory list.</li><li>Can be remote, but must work West Coast 9-5 pm PST hours.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Rate Range</strong></p><ul><li>$35-40/hr.</li></ul>
