This is not an hourly job. As an independent freight dispatcher, you earn 8%–10% of gross revenue per truck. With 7–10 trucks under management, dispatchers regularly generate $1,500–$3,000+ per week — that's $6,000–$12,000+ per month, with no ceiling on your income.
