We are looking for a U.S.-licensed attorney with experience in trademark law to assist with a trademark registration and ownership structure matter in the United States.
Scope of Work:
Review the current status of a U.S. trademark
Provide legal guidance regarding trademark ownership and structuring options.
Prepare and file trademark-related documentation
Handle follow-up actions or responses required during the process
Support the matter through completion
Required Qualifications:
Licensed attorney in the United States
Proven experience in U.S. trademark law
Experience handling trademark registrations and ownership matters
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
