The Web Platform & Technical SEO Manager is responsible for owning and maintaining ATB’s proprietary WordPress-based website platform, ensuring all client sites are technically sound, accessible, secure, and optimized for search performance. This role oversees WordPress management, hosting and DNS configuration, technical SEO execution, accessibility compliance, and troubleshooting across all live client websites. This position serves as the technical authority for website launches, platform stability, and continuous optimization, working closely with SEO, Content, Strategy, and Account teams to ensure seamless execution and scalability. Performance will be measured by Stability, uptime, and performance of all hosted client websites Successful and timely website launches and migrations Reduction in technical SEO errors and platform-related issues Improvements in site speed, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability Compliance with ADA / WCAG accessibility standards Quality, consistency, and scalability of platform processes Collaboration with cross-functional teams Demonstration of leadership aligned with ATB values Key Responsibilities WordPress Platform Management Own and manage ATB’s proprietary WordPress-based content management platform Maintain WordPress core, themes, plugins, and platform standards Manage Elementor frameworks, templates, and reusable components Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability Hosting, DNS & Site Launches Administer SiteGround hosting environments Configure, manage, and troubleshoot DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, SSL) Repoint domains and migrate websites as needed Lead website go-live processes, including DNS propagation checks, SSL validation, and final QA Technical SEO Own all technical SEO aspects across client websites Optimize crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and URL structure Manage sitemaps, redirects, canonicalization, and technical clean-up Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall site health Accessibility & Compliance Implement and maintain ADA / WCAG accessibility standards Identify and resolve accessibility issues related to themes, plugins, and layouts Ensure accessibility best practices are integrated into platform workflows Troubleshooting & Platform Support Serve as escalation point for complex website and platform issues Diagnose and resolve WordPress conflicts, hosting issues, DNS errors, and plugin or Elementor failures Partner with internal teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues Platform Optimization & Documentation Improve platform workflows, standards, and documentation Recommend and implement performance, security, and scalability enhancements Stay current on WordPress, SEO, hosting, and accessibility best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience managing WordPress websites or web platforms Strong knowledge of DNS, hosting environments, and site migrations Advanced understanding of technical SEO best practices Experience with Elementor and WordPress page builders Familiarity with ADA / WCAG accessibility standards Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience Working In An Agency Or Multi-client Environment Preferred Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com preferred MS Office / Google Workspace Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Supportive and collaborative team environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
