Sr. Data Analyst - REMOTE

Job Summary We are ramping up a large-scale Data & AI transformation program for a leading pharmaceutical organization and are seeking four experienced Data Analysts / Business Analysts to support critical data readiness initiatives for AI. These roles will play a key part in preparing, structuring, and enabling data assets that power advanced analytics and AI use cases across the enterprise. Domain Focus Areas We are hiring one Data Analyst / BA for each of the following functional areas: • Research • Development • Portfolio Management • Regulatory Affairs Primary Responsibilities • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand data needs and AI-driven use cases • Analyze, profile, and assess data quality, completeness, and usability • Translate business requirements into clear data and analytical requirements • Support data readiness efforts, including data standardization, lineage, and documentation • Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams • Ensure data supports regulatory, compliance, and governance standards where applicable Education and Experience • Strong experience as a Data Analyst and/or Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments • Background working within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively • Experience supporting data initiatives that enable analytics, ML, or AI programs • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with or around cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Familiarity with modern data architectures, analytics platforms, or AI pipelines • Experience in one or more of the listed pharma functional domains Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
