Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 career coaching sessions
• Support resume, LinkedIn, and interview strategy
• Help candidates interpret Employability Scores and role matches
• Track outcomes and candidate progress
Qualifications
• Proven experience in career coaching, recruiting, or leadership development
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Experience with professionals in competitive fields preferred
• Independent advisor mindset
