PsyPact Psychologist (Remote / Telehealth)
About Us
PECGNA is a telehealth-based mental health practice specializing in forensic psychological evaluation services. We are committed to delivering timely, objective, and high-quality assessments that support legal and administrative decision-making. We are currently expanding our team and seeking licensed psychologists with forensic experience to provide services remotely across PSYPACT participating states.
Types of Evaluations We Commonly Provide
• Family-Building (Surrogacy)
• Parental Fitness Evaluations
• Fitness for Duty Assessments (e.g., public safety, healthcare, government roles)
• Court-Ordered Psychological Evaluations
• Civil Capacity Assessments (e.g., medical decision-making, testamentary capacity)
• Guardianship and Capacity Evaluations (e.g., Alzheimer's, dementia, neurocognitive concerns)
• Immigration Evaluations (especially relevant for Spanish-speaking clients)
Required Experience and Skills
• Fluency in English, with the ability to conduct interviews and write reports
• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
• Active PSYPACT license
• Experience conducting forensic psychological evaluations
• Strong clinical interviewing and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with psychological and neurocognitive testing instruments
• Ability to write clear, well-organized, legally defensible reports
• Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
• Prior experience working with attorneys, courts, or public agencies
• Telehealth experience
• Willingness to testify in court, if necessary

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $120.00 - $150.00 per hour
