Real Estate Sales Assistant – Lead Calling & Appointment Setting (Remote)
Overview
Join our growing real estate team as a Remote Real Estate Sales Assistant focused on lead calling and appointment setting. In this performance, commission-based role, you’ll be the initial point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers, qualifying leads and setting appointments for our experienced agents.
This position is ideal for someone confident on the phone, self-motivated, and results-driven. If you enjoy connecting with people and being rewarded directly for performance, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective real estate leads in the MetroWest Boston area
• Engage prospects in professional, goal-oriented conversations
• Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and readiness
• Schedule appointments for agent consultations and property showings
• Follow up with leads via phone and email to maintain engagement
• Accurately log call notes, lead status, and appointments in the CRM
• Collaborate with the team to improve scripts and outreach strategies
Compensation (Commission-Based)
• $ per qualified appointment set
• $ bonus for each lead that signs a contract
• No earnings cap
• Payment based on verified performance
Requirements
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, call center, or real estate preferred
• Strong English communication skills (bilingual a plus)
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate workflows is a plus (PropStream, BatchLeads, PropertyRadar)
Schedule
• Flexible schedule
• Calling during U.S. business hours preferred
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
