Position Overview
We are looking for a PowerPoint expert to design a fully branded slide deck for our Town Hall. The ideal candidate has strong visual communication skills, structures information clearly, and translates leadership messaging into clean, professional, and engaging slides.
This is a short‑term contract with fast turnaround expectations.
Responsibilities
• Design a complete PowerPoint slide deck (approx. 20–25 slides) for an internal Town Hall meeting
• Create a cohesive visual theme using our brand colors, fonts, and tone
• Incorporate icons, layouts, and visual hierarchy to enhance clarity
• Format content provided by leadership into clean, readable slides
• Build simple graphics such as timelines, org charts, and priority frameworks
• Ensure the deck is polished, professional, and ready for live presentation
• Make revisions based on feedback from the Executive Director
Qualifications
• Proven experience designing professional PowerPoint presentations (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging visuals
• Experience working with nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations is a plus
• Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
• Proficiency in PowerPoint; bonus if skilled in Canva
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
