Role Description
This role plays a crucial part in supporting pharmacy operations by planning, designing, and enhancing business systems and workflows.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to understand workflows and regulatory requirements
• Document current and future state pharmacy processes and data flows
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications
• Develop and present solutions with trade-offs concerning compliance and scalability
• Ensure solutions align with pharmacy regulations and internal policies
• Lead design reviews to enhance pharmacy operations and patient experience
• Identify and resolve issues across existing pharmacy systems
• Evaluate system effectiveness and recommend enhancements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated operations
• Experience in a business or operations analyst role in healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
