Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful outcomes for the Enablement & Operations Engineering Planning initiatives. Manage and track progress of cross-functional initiatives and projects. Lead virtual and distributed teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Liaise with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to develop strong relationships. Utilize technical and business acumen to rapidly comprehend and identify root causes of complex problems, and develop appropriate solutions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of high quality products and services. Provide guidance and expertise to team members to ensure successful project completion. Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
