HR Generalist with SHRM Certification
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Support employee relations and compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Maintain and update HRIS and payroll systems, and process payroll in the HR Manager's absence
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience as an HR Generalist
• At least one year of experience in a fully remote position
• SHRM or HRCI certification required or to be obtained within six months of hire
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and understanding of employment-related laws
