Role Description Health Choice Network is seeking an Epic Certified Application Analyst (Prelude / Real-Time Eligibility – RTE) to support the build, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic Prelude and RTE. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and seamless revenue cycle workflows across the organization. • Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Prelude and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) functionality • Support insurance verification workflows and front-end revenue cycle processes • Implement system enhancements and workflow improvements • Perform system upgrades, testing, and maintenance • Troubleshoot build issues and resolve user-reported system concerns • Ensure integration with other Epic modules and third-party systems • Partner with operational leaders and end users to improve registration and eligibility workflows • Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements • Support ongoing implementation and optimization initiatives Qualifications • Active Epic Certification in Prelude (Required) • Epic RTE experience strongly preferred • 2+ years of Epic build and application support experience • Strong understanding of patient access, insurance verification, and revenue cycle workflows • Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and workflow analysis • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Benefits • 100% Remote Work • 100% Employer-Paid Medical Insurance (one plan) • $1,500 Annual HSA Contribution ($125/month) • Generous PTO • 403(b) Retirement Plan • Professional Development Support • Home Technology & Innovation Reimbursement Program • Education Assistance Program Company Description Join Health Choice Network (HCN), a leader in South Florida’s healthcare industry for over 25 years.
