Risk and Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Consumer Banking-Risk & Operations Manager I.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational leadership support to consumer branches and execute branch risk and control inspections
• Identify and mitigate financial, safety, or security risks through inspections and audits
• Create and manage risk remediation plans and conduct training for branch teammates on operational policies
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of retail banking experience required
• 3+ years of leadership and coaching experience required
• Previous experience with multi-site leadership preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
