We are looking for a HANDS-ON consultant who is interested in leading our operations while also helping us shift the balance of our business to an online products business blend. First and foremost, you should excel as a consultant, while embodying the roles of a business developer, a leader of people, and demonstrating a genuine passion for employee engagement. This person will manage the team, oversee operations, run meetings, keep the team on schedule and within budget, and take over all operational responsibilities so our creative founder can focus his energy in the lab, writing, creating new content and products, while continuing with his own client engagements. We also acknowledge his wish to spend more time with his family and pursue other interests. You must have the entrepreneurial spirit, though to be frank, if you want BIG, this isn’t for you.
