Position Overview We are seeking a Regional Property & Senior Construction Project Manager to lead all capital construction projects, renovations, and facilities upgrades across our schools in the U.S. West region. This role oversees the full lifecycle of construction — from concept and design through permitting, bidding, and completion — ensuring that our campuses are safe, compliant, and optimized for outstanding learning experiences. This is a remote role with regular regional travel to project sites. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end construction project management for multiple campuses, including design, permitting, procurement, and construction oversight. • Manage RFPs and vendor contracts for architects, engineers, and contractors. • Oversee budgets, cost control, schedules, and quality standards for all capital projects. • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. • Partner with school leaders to plan and prioritize capital improvement projects. • Negotiate and manage relationships with landlords, contractors, and service providers. • Prepare and present regular project reports, KPIs, and budget updates to regional leadership. Drive implementation of ISP’s construction safety, security, and sustainabilitystandards across all properties.
