Employer Services Specialist
A company is looking for an Employer Service Specialist - Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage account inquiries related to FSA, HRA, HSA, and Transit accounts
• Document client activity using CRM tools and assist with billing questions
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Experience with Salesforce, OnBase, and benefit plans is a plus
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including possible holidays and overtime
• Familiarity with Employer Group's Plan designs and File Schedules
• Ability to meet quality standards and partner SLAs
• Experience in customer service roles is preferred
