[Remote] Project Assistant – Mining & Energy SaaS (California)

The role involves project management, customer success, and technical implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and customers receive value from the platform. Responsibilities • Assist with planning, tracking, and coordinating client projects • Maintain timelines, task lists, and project documentation • Help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule • Help onboard new customers and support implementation activities • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and follow-ups • Track customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved quickly • Act as a bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams • Help gather requirements and document workflows • Support testing, data preparation, and implementation tasks • Help improve internal playbooks, documentation, and processes • Support reporting on project progress and customer health • Assist with building scalable delivery and onboarding workflows Skills • You must live in the United States and be legally authorized to work there • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Comfortable working with technical teams and technical concepts • Highly detail oriented and proactive • Strong problem solving and time management skills • Interest in mining, energy, infrastructure, or large capital projects • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field is a plus! • Exposure to project management tools or methodologies • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment • Interest in SaaS, digital transformation, and technical products Company Overview • Unlock the full potential of your mining assets with AiMinr.
