Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Investment Due Diligence Analysts. This is an independent contractor role, not traditional employment. Analysts are activated through our certification and verification process and, once approved: • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform • Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work • Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions • Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score Certification tiers: Senior Analyst · Lead Analyst · Analyst / Associate Analyst Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges LevelRating ScorePayTypical BackgroundSenior Analyst90–100$150–200/hrEx-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or corporate development professionals with 5+ years of experienceLead Analyst80–89$100–150/hrFinance professionals with 3–5 years of deal or modeling experienceAnalyst / Associate60–79$50–100/hrEntry- to mid-level analysts with strong technical performance What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Depending on your certification approvals, Investment Due Diligence Analysts may be engaged for: Investment Due Diligence & Risk Assessment • Commercial and operational diligence • Quality of Earnings (QoE) reviews • Market, competitive, and sector analysis • Risk identification and mitigation support • Investment memo preparation Financial Modeling & Valuation • 3-statement financial models • DCF / LBO modeling • Sensitivity and scenario analysis • Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis • Commercial real estate underwriting (if approved) • “Football field” valuation summaries Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure. How Analysts Start Earning • Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training • Receive category-specific approvals (Due Diligence, Modeling, Valuation) • Get verified on the platform • Begin earning income immediately through hourly projects and live deal work No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following: • Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment • Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training • Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines: • Visibility on the platform • Approved work categories • Recommended hourly rates Compensation & Deal Terms • Analysts are independent contractors, not employees • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level • Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction • Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues Compliance Notice Analysts do not: • Provide investment advice • Solicit securities • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity All work is strictly limited to analytical, due diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
