Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Support Specialist to join our customer service team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, addressing how-to questions, and resolving client requests in a creative and innovative way. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with arenaflex clients to provide timely and accurate solutions to their questions and concerns, ensuring a "human-first" experience through voice and written interactions across multiple channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex products, including technical and client use-case knowledge, to provide expert support and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to help clients maximize their value from arenaflex, seeking out innovative solutions and ways to work smarter and delight clients.
  • Work closely with leadership to drive organizational efficiencies, sharing feedback and insights to help the team work more effectively and drive client value higher.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, and Maintenance, to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client value.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting online software or SaaS products, with a strong foundation in IT and technical knowledge.
  • Experience in building best practices focused on support quality and efficiencies, with a background in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with navigating and working with multiple customer support platforms, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, and Twilio.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and work independently.
  • Background in leadership or mentorship, with a proven ability to drive team performance and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
