- Manage price adjustments, verifying eligibility and processing adjustments in a timely manner, which constitutes 50% of tickets.
- Provide customer support via help desk using Gorgias, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution.
- Assist with processing returns using Loop, ensuring that customers receive prompt updates and the correct information.
- Support international orders, addressing customer inquiries related to international orders through Global E, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers across borders.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve inventory-related issues and provide customers with accurate information using RLM.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the Shopify platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Adapt to limited live chat resources, managing high-touch customer support in the absence of live chat, and focusing on personalized responses through other channels.
