We create bold, mission-driven content that connects deeply with our community and drives daily engagement across Instagram and TikTok. We’re looking for a fast, reliable video editor who can help us consistently produce high-impact short-form content. This is sharp, punchy, social-first editing built for performance and volume. Role Overview You’ll edit short-form vertical videos (15–25 seconds) for Instagram Reels and TikTok using our raw footage. Content types include: • Motivational gym edits • Training montages • Product/fit shots • Behind-the-scenes brand moments • Founder stories and voiceovers • UGC-style content Your job is to turn raw clips into scroll-stopping, high-energy edits that feel clean, modern, and premium. Responsibilities • Edit 5–15 short-form videos per week • Create fast-paced, engaging cuts with strong hooks • Add captions, text overlays, music, and light effects • Match brand style and maintain consistency • Deliver on tight timelines (24–48 hour turnarounds) • Organize and export content for social platforms (9:16 format) Requirements • Strong experience editing short-form social content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) • Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar • Understand pacing, hooks, and retention-based editing • Able to work quickly and hit deadlines consistently • Comfortable editing fitness/gym-style content • Detail-oriented and organized Nice to Have • Experience with fitness, apparel, or lifestyle brands • Basic motion graphics/text animation skills • Color grading experience • Understanding of social media trends and formats This Role Is NOT For • Long-form YouTube or documentary editors • Slow, perfectionist workflows We value speed, clarity, and consistency driving motivational impact.
