About the position We’re seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager who will play a central role in driving content strategy while also supporting broader marketing initiatives that advance brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor who takes ownership, values teamwork and understands how strong content is built through alignment, planning, and execution. You’ll play a central role in shaping our content direction while working closely with internal stakeholders to determine priorities, manage the content calendar, and ensure content supports broader business goals. Responsibilities • Manage the content strategy and editorial calendar • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to determine content priorities and timing • Ensure content planning reflects business objectives, campaigns, and audience needs • Write, edit, and oversee high-quality, on-brand content including blogs, white papers, case studies, website content, videos and press releases • Manage content from ideation through publication, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Manage WordPress publishing workflows, ensuring content is optimized, properly categorized and aligned with campaign strategy • Plan, produce and manage video content (e.g. animated explainers and short-form content) experience with tools like Powtoon or similar platforms is a plus, but not required • Work as a key contributor within the marketing team and support across initiatives • Partner cross-functionally to align messaging, campaigns, and content delivery • Contribute to cross-channel marketing initiatives beyond content , supporting campaign execution, messaging development, and strategic marketing priorities • Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility, reach, and organic performance • Optimize content to support discoverability and long-term growth • Track and analyze content performance • Use insights to refine strategy, adjust the content calendar, and improve impact • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and quality across all channels • Review and refine content to ensure content reflects target audiences Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or copywriting • Proven experience owning content strategy and editorial calendars • Experience owning and managing marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through execution and measurement. • Learning & Development background a plus • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities • Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Ability to prioritize, pivot, and make informed decisions in a fast moving environment • Positive attitude and a growth mindset • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field Nice-to-haves • HubSpot • Adobe Creative Suite • Canva • WordPress • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Benefits • Great positive culture and a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Opportunity to make a visible impact quickly • Variety of projects across marketing and sales enablement • Competitive salary and benefits • Flexible hybrid work environment(in office 2-3 days a week) • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Generous paid time off and company holidays • 5 Annual TTA Fun Days • 100% employer-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care Account (DCA) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
