**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative - Chat, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is preferred)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
**Requirements**
To join our team, you will need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Meet the qualifications outlined above
* Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
