As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in our customers' lives and help them achieve their gardening goals. **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including: * Answering calls and emails from customers to help them place new orders, check on existing orders, add to an order, or troubleshoot on an order they received * Navigating our websites and internal systems to assist customers with their queries * Providing product information and recommendations to customers * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner * Participating in quality reviews and coaching sessions to continuously improve your skills and performance **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in horticulture, gardening, or a related field preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, private workspace * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the gardening industry or a related field * Knowledge of gardening products and services * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes **Training and Coaching** * All training days are mandatory and will be conducted through Microsoft Teams * Training will cover the following topics: + arenaflex products and services + customer service skills and techniques + internal systems and processes + quality reviews and coaching * You will be audited by our trainer to ensure you are successful in your new role * Follow-up training will be provided to cover more in-depth topics once you have a handle on your daily flow **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $14.50 per hour * Discounts on all arenaflex and High Country Gardens products * Access to Champlain College TruEd * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Fun and dynamic work environment with a team of plant nerds who are passionate about gardening * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs **Remote Work** * This role will be entirely remote, including our interactive training * You will be required to have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, private workspace * You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, using video conferencing tools to communicate with colleagues and customers **How to Apply** If you're passionate about gardening and enjoy working with people, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
