Our Unclaimed Property department plays a critical role in reuniting reported properties with their rightful owners or heirs, and we are seeking highly motivated and resourceful individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6-E8 in our Unclaimed Property department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to claimants, researching requests, and determining the rightful ownership of property consisting of cash, securities, and/or safe deposit box contents. You will work closely with a motivated and inclusive team to ensure that all data is maintained and ensured confidentiality, and that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to claimants via phone, email, and written correspondence * Research requests to determine the rightful ownership of property consisting of cash, securities, and/or safe deposit box contents * Review and analyze a wide variety of legal documents, including probate court documents, wills, trusts, death certificates, and court orders * Maintain and ensure confidentiality of data * Work collaboratively with a team to resolve customer inquiries and resolve problems * Stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and laws related to unclaimed property * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems (Treasury Customer Service Representative 6) * Two years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 (Treasury Customer Service Representative 7) * Three years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including two years equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 or one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 (Treasury Customer Service Representative E8) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center environment * Knowledge of unclaimed property laws and regulations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program to ensure that all new hires have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization * Ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge * Collaborative and inclusive work environment **Work Environment and Company Culture** * arenaflex is a hybrid organization, with a mix of on-site and remote work options * Our Unclaimed Property department is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same * We value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and strive to create a work environment that is welcoming and inclusive for all employees * arenaflex participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Comprehensive training program * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
