We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong problem-solving skills

  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
