Business Intelligence Analyst, Sales Operations
Job Description:
• Collaborate with the CRO and Business Development team to ensure CRM (Zoho) is up to date and accurate
• Own key analyses including sales and operational metrics using both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Help prepare quarterly board presentation materials for the AI/HS sales function
• Assist Sr Solutions architect with route map creation and design and vendor cost development, analysis and reporting
• Act as the "go-to" analyst for the business, performing complex ad hoc analytics and report development to enhance command and control over financial operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Engineering, Project Management, FP&A, or a highly analytical role
• Expert Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, index-match)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
