Washington State EVS Operations Manager
A company is looking for an Environmental Services Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered
• Conducts regular inspections and provides recommendations for facility improvements
Required Qualifications:
• Four-year college degree, military experience, or equivalent work experience required
• At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field required
• Demonstrated progressive growth in health care housekeeping or facility maintenance preferred
• Ability to work a 10-hour day with weekend and holiday rotation
• Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
