Accountabilities • Lead two Ads Manager teams, ensuring high-quality advertiser experiences across multiple platforms. • Own the strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of web-based products. • Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, and sister engineering teams for cohesive solutions. • Establish engineering excellence in code quality and system reliability. • Recruit and retain top technical talent while fostering an inclusive team culture. • Work with analytics teams to provide timely and accurate reporting for advertisers. • Ensure compliance with security and data standards while building scalable APIs. • Communicate project progress and risks clearly to all stakeholders. Requirements • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in large-scale web applications. • 3+ years of engineering management experience leading multiple teams. • Proven track record in shipping B2B or enterprise self-serve products. • Hands-on experience with modern web stacks, including both front-end and back-end technologies. • Experience in establishing quality and reliability metrics for customer-facing systems. • Ability to effectively align priorities across multiple cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
