Job Description • As the Director of Demand Planning-Global you will develop and implement global demand planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet business objectives. • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer behaviors to forecast demand accurately. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with business goals. • Monitor and improve forecasting accuracy through data analysis and process improvements. • Lead and mentor a team of demand planning professionals to achieve department objectives. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations. • Utilize advanced planning tools and systems to enhance efficiency and decision-making. • Prepare and present reports on demand planning performance to senior leadership. • This role is hybrid with 2 days on site in Playa Vista, CA MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
