Job Description We are seeking a curious, analytically minded AI Research Analyst to support our AI strategy through research, data analysis, and insight development. In this role, you will explore emerging trends in AI and machine learning, evaluate market and competitive signals, assess product opportunities, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. This position sits at the intersection of AI research, data analysis, and business strategy—helping ensure our platform and products remain at the forefront of innovation in mental health care technology. What You’ll Do • Research and synthesize findings from academic papers, industry reports, and market analyses related to AI, ML, Generative AI, and emerging technologies. • Identify opportunities, risks, and trends that inform the AI roadmap and strategic direction. • Track competitor activity and AI market movements to inform business and product strategy. • Perform exploratory data analysis using spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools to uncover patterns and support hypotheses. • Support experimental analysis and hypothesis testing for AI- and data-driven initiatives. • Translate technical and analytical findings into clear insights and strategic recommendations. • Build compelling dashboards, visualizations, and executive-ready summaries of research and analysis. • Prepare research briefs, insight decks, and concise summaries that distill complex topics into actionable takeaways. • Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and business leaders to connect research with real-world applications. • Act as a bridge between technical AI innovation and practical business or product decisions. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret ambiguous or incomplete data. • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Ability to understand technical AI/ML concepts and communicate them clearly to different audiences. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: • Demonstrated interest in AI/ML, Generative AI, or emerging technologies. • Experience in market research, business analysis, strategy, or consulting. • Familiarity with statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design. • Exposure to SQL, Python, or data manipulation workflows. Soft Skills: • Naturally curious and intellectually driven. • Strong ability to synthesize complex topics into concise, actionable insights. • Highly detail-oriented with strong organization and accuracy. • Comfortable presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
