Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build trust and rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing them with the confidence and reassurance they need to navigate the system. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact for members of the community seeking information about summonses, scheduling hearings, and paying fines * Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner * Ensure that all members of the community understand the adjudication process and their rights and responsibilities * Investigate and attempt to resolve complaints from the public appearing before arenaflex * Process cases efficiently, minimizing wait times for the public and ensuring timely access to justice * Review, confirm, and ensure accurate information is provided to members of the community who have been issued summonses * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives **Hybrid Office / Remote Work Schedule** After completing an initial training period, you'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid office / remote schedule, allowing you to balance the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration and community engagement. **Minimum Qualifications** * High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community-centered activities in an area related to duties described above * Education and/or experience equivalent to "1" above **Preferred Skills** * Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe, with knowledge in Excel * Office experience and a demonstrable background dealing with members of the public * Excellent oral and written communication skills * History of volunteerism, such as service in the AmericCorps or Peace Corps, viewed favorably **Public Service Loan Forgiveness** As a prospective employee of arenaflex, you may be eligible for federal loan forgiveness programs and state repayment assistance programs.
