As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers inside and outside our center with arenaflex products and services * Using smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory * Moving and hooking up arenaflex trucks and trailers * Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels * Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services * Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental * Installing hitches and trailer wiring * Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Participating in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through arenaflex University **Minimum Qualifications** * Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record * High school diploma or equivalent * Mechanically inclined a plus **Work Environment** The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals.
