**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a virtual assistant. As a key member of our guest relations and operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leveraging AI-powered tools, and driving business growth. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Guest Relations**
+ Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
+ Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
+ Must be comfortable speaking English on the phone and have the ability to use a VoiP to speak with guests and vendors
+ Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest's issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
+ Respond to guest inquiries and communicate and escalate issues to management via Slack
+ Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status
+ Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
* **Company Tasks**
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
+ Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
+ Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
+ Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
+ Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **Language Skills**: Fluent in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
* **Availability**: Available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones
* **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
* **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* **Time Management Skills**: Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* **Experience in the hospitality industry**: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in guest relations and operations
* **Knowledge of business financials/accounting**: Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
* **3rd party vendor relations**: Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

**Shift Availability**
This position is a part-time, temp position starting Mid-October for 3 months with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025. Shift availability must be Thursday & Friday 3pm-11p CST. Please note that there may be additional opportunities for part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST for the right candidates.
