Junior Graphic Designer (PowerPoint Specialist) – Presentation Redesign Project We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our Art Director with a large-scale presentation redesign initiative. The primary focus of this project is to redesign and re-layout a series of existing sales and product presentations into our newly developed brand template. This is a production-heavy role with opportunities for light creative enhancement. If the engagement goes well, we are interested in building an ongoing relationship for additional design initiatives throughout the year. About the Project We have approximately 30 sales and product presentations that need to be transitioned into our new brand template. The core responsibility will be: - Transferring content into the new template - Cleaning up formatting and layouts - Ensuring brand consistency - Improving visual hierarchy and readability - Elevating slide design where needed to make content more impactful The presentations will be completed in batches, with a goal of having all redesigns finalized by the end of March. We will provide: - Finalized brand template - Clear brand guidelines - Direction and feedback from our Art Director What We’re Looking For: - 1–3 years of graphic design experience - Strong PowerPoint (or Google Slides) expertise - Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills - Ability to follow brand guidelines closely - Strong attention to detail - Comfortable working within structured templates - Responsive and able to meet deadlines - Ability to incorporate feedback efficiently Bonus if you have: - Experience designing B2B sales presentations - Experience working with financial services, healthcare, or corporate clients - Basic infographic or light data visualization skills Collaboration Style You will work directly with our Art Director and receive batch assignments. Clear communication and the ability to turn revisions quickly will be key to success. Long-Term Opportunity If this project is successful, we anticipate ongoing design support needs throughout the year (sales materials, campaign assets, infographics, event materials, etc.).
