We’re looking for a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist who thrives on managing complex cases and delivering results. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping outcomes for high-profile claims while making a real impact for our clients. What You’ll Do: • Lead and manage complex Workers’ Compensation claims from start to finish. • Analyze policy coverages to determine claim validity and compensability, filing required documents with state agencies. • Partner with case managers to design strategic action plans that reduce overall claim costs. • Serve as the main point of contact—communicating claim status to customers, claimants, and clients. • Collaborate with attorneys, manage subrogation, negotiate settlements, and oversee recoveries. • Mentor and support team members, sharing your expertise to strengthen claims knowledge across the team. • Consistently exceed performance expectations while following client and carrier guidelines. What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 3 years managing complex Workers’ Compensation claims in California. • Deep knowledge of Workers’ Compensation administration, case management, and cost-containment strategies. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities. • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and comfortable with multi-monitor setups. • Passion for mentoring and guiding team members to success.
