People Operations Partner US
## Your Responsibilities
People Data Infrastructure:
Clean up legacy data across HRIS, ATS, Lattice, spreadsheets, and more. Build systems that help us track, surface, and act on People data with confidence and compliance.
Cross-Functional Enablement:
Act as the connective tissue across Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure everything from onboarding to offboarding runs smoothly and securely.
Compensation Operations:
Help model and operationalize global comp cycles, including token-based structures. You’ll focus on transparency, accuracy, and scalability — no spreadsheet left behind.
People Program Execution:
Own the logistics, tooling, and data prep for key People initiatives like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and compensation cycles. If it touches our team’s experience, you’re in the loop.
Systems & Documentation:
Build and maintain clear, accessible resources (dashboards, SOPs, Notion pages) that make self-service easy and support confident decision-making.
## What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in People Operations, People Analytics, or Total Rewards — ideally in high-growth or web3 environments.
Strong analytical chops, with fluency in spreadsheets and/or BI tools.
Experience working with modern People tools (e.g., Rippling, Workday, Lattice, Ashby, Notion, Jira).
Familiarity with web3-native reward structures or token comp is a big plus.
Stellar documentation skills and attention to detail — the kind that makes processes repeatable and scalable.
Collaborative, global mindset — you’re comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Self-starter energy. You’re resourceful, proactive, and thrive in decentralized environments.
