**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote call center team in Hawaii. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You'll work independently with little to no supervision, adapting to changes and modifications quickly, and executing multiple tasks efficiently. **Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
* Communicate with patients and medical professionals, scheduling appointments and obtaining necessary patient information
* Work independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
* Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures in accordance with department and company policies
* Adapt quickly to changes and modifications, thinking critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
* Communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to changes and modifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows 10 or above
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
* Availability to work a 40-hour shift, including day shifts
