Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division, ensuring seamless execution, and driving business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to develop and implement project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division, including project planning, execution, and closure
- Develop and maintain project artifacts, such as project contracts, project plans, risk and issue logs, and repositories
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity, across different teams or stakeholders
- Drive the development of the organization's culture at the functional level, ensuring strong partnerships with stakeholders across the wider organization
- Develop communication strategies and implement processes, activities, and programs that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact
- Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and overall divisional portfolio management
- Maintain and establish effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional arenaflex teams
- Support the growing plan and development of the RES PMO capability and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management
