Sr.Copywriter _ Scriptwriter

Start Date: 2/23/26 Length: 1 Month Hourly Rate: $70 Hours: 30- 40 hours a week Location: Remote- Must be okay working EST Hours About the Opportunity We're seeking a seasoned copywriter and scriptwriter to support our client's café experience work for a one-month contract engagement. This is an opportunity to bring brand storytelling to life in a retail environment where financial services meet hospitality. The Ideal Candidate You're a versatile writer who can go from crafting compelling scripts to writing snappy social copy without missing a beat. You've worked at respected agencies, understand how to make brands feel human and approachable, and know how to tell stories that connect with everyday people. You're comfortable working independently, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering polished work quickly. What You'll Do • Develop scripts and copy for branded content, including video, web, ads, experiential activations, and in-store communications • Craft messaging that bridges the worlds of retail hospitality and customer experience • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute engaging content • Write across multiple formats: scripts, social content, signage, digital experiences, and promotional materials • Adapt quickly to brand voice and guidelines while bringing fresh creative thinking What We're Looking For Required: • 7+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably at top-tier agencies (think: Martin Agency, Wieden+Kennedy, Fallon, or similar) • Strong scriptwriting background with experience writing for video, branded content, or commercial work • Experience working with major national brands across retail, food & beverage, financial services, or hospitality sectors • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, versatility, and executional excellence across channels • Ability to hit the ground running and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines • Must provide portfolio with application Bonus Points For: • Previous experience working on financial services or retail hospitality brands • Background in experiential marketing or retail environments • Tech marketing experience We Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
