As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key contributor to our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. We're committed to helping you grow and challenge yourself, discovering your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
