Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows or MacOS operating systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology

Technical Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Operating System (OS): Windows 10 or higher (native and activated) or MacOS (latest version required, with a Mac no more than 5 years old)
- Processor: 2 Core processor with a 2.0 GHz minimum clock speed or 4 Core processor with a 1.6 GHz minimum clock speed
- RAM: 3GB or higher
- Monitor Size: At least one 15" or larger monitor (multiple monitors recommended)
