Project and Policy Analyst 1

Conduct research and analysis to support the development and implementation of various projects and policies. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and provide recommendations for improving current policies and procedures. Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to higher management and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects. Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying and addressing any potential issues or roadblocks. Communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals, including students, faculty, and staff, to promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with other members of the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
